Nessma TV is a private Tunisian television channel based in Tunis. It was launched in 2007 as a joint venture between brothers Nabil and Ghazi Karoui, reaching audiences across the Maghreb region (Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Mauritania). Following legal and regulatory challenges in 2021/2022, it underwent a restructuring and currently operates as Nessma El Jedida.
