Mohamed ElBaradei is an Egyptian diplomat and politician who served as the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 1997 to 2009. He was a co-recipient of the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize. He later served as the Vice President of Egypt on an interim basis in 2013 and is the founder of the National Association for Change.
